Indeed!!!!!! A belated Happy New Year to you as well sweet lady. I pray that it is better for us both health wise- 2008 ended up being terrible for me as far as health...worse year yet! I got a cold for Christmas that turned in to the flu for New Years Eve/Day.... whoopteedeedooo!

Sounds like you need to eat better and take some supplements hon! And yes, I really do hope 2009 is better to you healthwise.

Well, that always helps, but most of it seems to stem from my sinus issues and my frequent sinus infections. I'm having surgery this Friday the 9th to finally get it taken care of... My sinues look like a train wreck according to my CT scan. Wish me luck Cats!

Ooohhh best of luck O.o Have you ever heard of a netty pot? I have a friend who also suffers from severe allergies and sinus troubles/infections and she swears by it.

Oh yes- I now what they are. My problem is that I actually have structural issues: a bone spur in one side of my sinus, a chronically deviated septum, and one part of my sinus cavity that has grown closed altogether due to the severity of the deviation of my septum. They all combine to cause me terrible pain at even the slightest inflammation of my sinus wall as well as fostering prime conditions for one sinus infection after another due to it all...it's a train wreck. Once it gets corrected I may not really have so many severe issues with allergies other than maybe sneezing or stopped up nose- and I'll take that over my sinus induced migraines any day. When my ENT looked at the CT scan of my sinuses he simply said, "Wow..." He was amazed that I wasn't in pain all the time and couldn't understand how I'd endured it for so long.
